These programs apply to the following:
- Developers building LEED or Energy efficient multi-family, affordable housing, student housing, or senior housing.
- Existing property owners who want to make their property water or energy efficient. The program will help the owner cover the costs and provide competitive financing.
- New property owners who want to purchase a property and plan on doing one or all of the following changes:
a. Rehab work on the building with a cost of $25,000 to $60,000 per a unit
b. Work to make the building at least 20% more energy efficient
c. Work to make the building at least 20% more water efficient
