Nicole Bou-Reslan is the founding partner of AWD & Associates. Nicole is a triple threat in real estate with a law degree, an MBA, and a broker’s license. Her educational background, and professional licenses provide her with the knowledge to handle all areas of the real estate investment.
Nicole has worked in real estate for over 15 years, lending her legal, and finance expertise to different real estate investors and developers. Over the years Nicole has participated in a billion in real estate transactions. Prior to founding AWD & Associates Nicole was a principal at Blaqk Diamond Group for 5 years, and before that worked as in-house counsel for a private investment firm worth $7B.
